Recursive Structure is the outcome of a body of work examining object, performance and interaction on an intimate scale. Taking reference from Lygia Clark’s ‘Bichos’, the basis was to create a tactile/visual dialogue between the person and object through interaction. Producing a tension between the will of the object and the will of the person touching it, and leaving a decision as to when and why and how to disengage.
